NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS 

WE WILL ISSUE ONLY STORE CREDITS

 RETURNS FOR STORE CREDITS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn,unwashed and odor free. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and merchandise tags must still be intact.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang tags attached.
  • All Sales merchandise are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • All undergarments, bodysuits, jewelry and swimsuits are FINAL SALE.  NO RETURNS
  • Shoes must be un-worn and placed in a outer shipping box before shipping.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to send order back to Stilettos Not Just Heels
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Stilettos Not Just Heels inspects all merchandise before shipping. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear,odor or smoke.
  • If in the event that the item does not meet our return criteria, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
  • Store Credit is valid in store and on line for 30 days. Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, wrapping paper, shoe bags or plastic, shoe stuffing and attached tags for garments etc.
  • Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason for your return.
  • Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.
  • Keep the return tracking number for your records and also to track your return package
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

  • Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email or by a phone call once your return has been processed.
