RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
No Refunds, Exchanges Only Within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. We will gladly exchange unworn non-clearance merchandise in its original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging. Shoe box must be placed in OUTER SHIPPING BOX to be accepted. All Clothing, handbags and clutches are final sale.
You may not return or exchange: CLEARANCE ITEMS, SALE ITEMS, JEWELRY AND ACCESSORIES.
Shipping and handling costs on returned merchandise are non refundable (unless the product was damaged in shipment or the incorrect merchandise was shipped). If you have received a damaged or an incorrect merchandise, please call customer service that a return authorization may issued.
All Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted via email to customerservice@stilettoskop.com within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Please send digital photos of all angles of the shoes, including the bottom for review. We may request that you return the shoes to our customer service department for further review. If the damage or defected shoe is a result of a manufacturing flaw, we will replace your product. If no replacement is identified, we will issue a store credit. If the problem was caused by reasons other than material, shipping or manufacturing defect, the original merchandise will be returned to you in the same condition it was received. Please note that the product life expectancy depends on the individual usage of the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Any product damage determined to be normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life expectancy of the product will not be covered or replaced.
Returned Packages
All returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal, Stilettos will not be responsible for the shipping and return cost. If applicable, store credit, which is good for 30 days, will be issued minus shipping cost from the original payment.
